Originally from Baltimore, MD, Galit is making a name for herself as a stand-up comedian whose versatility and mastery of physical comedy is her defining characteristic. Over the past 15 years, she has traveled the world training intensively in the art of clowning with Ringling Brothers, The Hungarian Clown School, The Los Angeles Clown School, The Idiot Workshop with John Gilkey of Cirque du Soleil, Moni Yakim from The Julliard School, and Aitor Basauri from the Philippe Gaulier School. She is also a graduate of the Baltimore School for the Arts in Theater, Second City Los Angeles in improvisation and sketch-writing, and the Puppet School in television puppetry. Galit has been invited to share the stage with some of the hottest comics, including Lil’ Rel Howery, Michael Blackson, Luenell, Gary Owens, Red Grant and Mike Epps who called her the following day to tell her she was, “Funny as hell,” as well as Tiffany Haddish, friend, and mentor. She opened for the Comedy Dynamics Netflix taping of Tom Arnold’s comedy special, and Tom Arnold later tweeted, “I love you Galit, saw a lot of good comics, but you are special.” She has been invited on numerous occasions to clown with the Wave in Jeff Ross’ Roast Battle show at the World Famous Comedy Store, co-starred in a sitcom pilot alongside the late, Ms. Auntie Fee, from Real Husbands of Hollywood. She also does creature acting for Microsoft’s new AR technology, Hololens, recently landed a role on the first season of TruTv’s Laffmobb’s Lafftracks, and is the newest comedic talent to join the ensemble at Kevin Hart’s LOL Network.  She recently made her big directorial debut, directing The World Famous Comedy Store’s very own Jamar Neighbors, in his one-man show, “It’s Definitely a Comedy Show,” to which her work got a rave review from the top independent comedy journalist in the country, Julie Seabaugh.  Her directorial work was described as. “comedically airtight.” Galit is represented by LyNea “LB” Bell at BH Talent Agency. Daughter of a schizophrenic father, raised by Holocaust survivor grandparents who often hid her under floor boards in preparation for the next World War, Galit has a lot to share about life.  In 2017, Galit was invited to become a club regular at J. Anthony Brown’s J Spot Comedy Club, in Inglewood, CA and has since been invited as a Featured Regular on the wall of fame at LA’s hottest Urban Comedy Club,  The Comedy Union.  She’s hosted Comedy Juice, performed on Russell Simmons’ All Def Comedy Live and is a favorite on the LA scene on shows such as Crack Em Up Thursdays at the Comedy Store, Alex Thomas’ #TheFunnyDontStop show at the HaHa Comedy Club.
